DATA SOURCES
Virus and demographic data are provided via data feeds from Johns Hopkins University and the U.S. Census Bureau. Hospitalization data is reported daily by hospitals to the North Central Texas Trauma Resource Advisory Council (NCTTRAC), who serve as the coordinating body for the 19-county Trauma Service Area E. NCTTRAC makes the data available to the Institute for use in this dashboard. COVID Testing Data is reported daily by labs located in the city of Dallas to the City of Dallas Office of Emergency Management, who make the data available for use in the dashboard.
