The COVID-19 Policy Blog
Policies on quarantining and sheltering in place are meant to slow the spread of disease and reduce deaths. Right now, these policies are carried out by a patchwork of governments, including school districts, cities, counties, and states. Here, we’ve collected some of what’s not working and what is. We’ve sorted these into three categoris. Communicating Policy focuses on how we introduce and maintain these policy interventions to the public. Opening and Closing focuses on the various rules and standards suggested for regulating the quarantine. Finally, Dashbaord News addresses updates to the data dashboard.
